30. You can open a new image in Photoshop® and drag the text layer onto it in the same way shown above. I felt that the text looked better in this example without the shadow, so I only used the text layer. Now you can save this new file as "pagephoto.psd". Next, I will use this image in an InDesign® document. Everything is 300 ppi so it will output at high resolution with good quality.

  Note: You can also do the page layout directly in Canvas. These steps are only to show that Canvas can be used for effects that are simply not available in these other applications.

31. Here is a shot of the image placed into an InDesign document as a background for a page layout.
